When can I pick up my prize?
- Monday - Friday from 8:30a - 4:30p
When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...
- You will need one piece of photo ID
- Your prize will be available for 30 days after you win it, you must pick it up before the elapsed time
- Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value and accepted as awarded
- Please wait until the day after you have won in order for us to ensure your prize is at our front desk
- We do not mail out Prizes

OCEAN's PHONE-IN CONTESTS: IMPORTANT!
Here at The OCEAN, we want to be sure that our contests are fair for everyone, so here's our procedure to ensure everyone has the same opportunity to phone in and win.
At 5 to 10 minutes before a major contest, we 'clear' the contest lines and put them all on 'hold' so that no one can get through. The contest lines stayed blocked until it is time to play the contest. When we announce the contest phone number on the air, we open the phone lines.
So it won't do any good to try and call ahead of time because you won't get through, you'll only get a busy signal. Your best chance to get through on the contest phone line is to begin to dial as soon as you hear the contest phone number on-air.
