Ok, now this sounds right up Victoria’s “ally” — except it’s on the street. Where we love to people watch, drink coffee, take photos and have deep conversations about parenting, environmental sustainability, transportation issues, housing affordability, gardening, the latest concert or event happening this weekend. If a city needs anything, it’s more room for people to … be with people.
