A Few of our Favourite Fall Things...

Ok, here we go. It’s officially fall. It was bound to happen, so we might as well celebrate it.

Bring on the pumpkin patch, incredible fall colours, pumpkin pie and time to move inside from the deck to socialize.

These are a few of our favourite Fall Things:

• Soup. Ahh soup! You make cool days welcome.
• An Americano walk — this is where you hit Willows Beach with your finely crafted coffee and don’t even notice the chill (or your Pumpkin Spice Latte if that’s your style)
• The fall colours
• Movie nights with popcorn and blankets curled up on the couch
• Riding the fall coloured Galloping Goose or Lochside bike trails
• Date nights out at the theatre with the fall blockbusters or the latest in the trilogy of…whatever the latest trilogy is.
• Days that feel like summer…in October

• The awesome Vancouver Island “agri-tourism” that keeps your weekends full of great events — hitting the pumpkin patch, trekking around a corn maze and visiting pigs and fuzzy things.
• Perfect hiking weather — hitting a strech of East Sooke Park, McKenzie Bight or Mystic Beach
• Thanksgiving crafts from your kids
• Halloween candy for lunch. Let’s get real, we know you’ll be buying some any day now…
• All that ridiculous fun that Halloween brings with it (check out all those events)
• AND…
• Living on Vancouver Island where Fall is just another amazing season
