After 23 years of group classes and weight lifting (which is a great fitness option) I have decided to do some circuit kickboxing and I am in PAIN today! The good kind. The “I know I did a great work-out because I can’t walk properly” kind of workout. It got me thinking about what the health benefits of the circuit training workout are, and here’s what I found:
