Photos: 6th Annual Goddess Run - Ocean Cheering Station

Ocean 98.5 were thrilled to be part of this year’s Goddess Run and welcomed thousands of Goddesses running through the streets and parks of Langford and bands of merry cheering sections.

Set up along the route of the 10K near the Galloping Goose, we got to spend the morning soaking up the energy of the race and cheer on so many amazing women.

There were hardcore runners, walkers, joggers and those who were just there for a good time and some “Goddess Time”.

There were handmade costumes and handmade signs….

Thumbs up and high-fives…

And the kind of wonderful feeling that comes when people come together for fun, fitness, friends and family.

Congrats to all the runners and their families that felt a special sense of camaraderie and empowerment through the 6th Annual Goddess Run!

Each of these Goddesses have their stories, and we hope we captured a little bit of their spirit today while we were out cheering them on.
