Across the country on October 1, 2023 from 8 AM to noon, the CIBC Run for the Cure is a 5k or 1k walk or run that raises funds for the Canadian Cancer Society and supports Canadians impacted by breast cancer.

It is the largest single-day volunteer-led event in Canada and you can make a difference! DONATE, VOLUNTEER, or FUNDRAISE and run!

Start by finding your local event under your province. Select your location and then sign up to begin the registration process. Don’t worry if there isn’t a Run near you. You can register for My Run. Anywhere. Any Way! — a run site for everyone, no matter where you live.

When you join or support the CIBC Run for the Cure, you help provide hope to all Canadians impacted by breast cancer. Your support:

• Helps thousands of people get to their breast cancer treatments
• Provides community and support through our peer support programs
• Provides more than 3,100 wigs, headwear, and breast prostheses
• Funds Canada’s best breast cancer research
