Interests and Hobbies: Not much time for hobbies when I'm driving kids to soccer five days a week! When I get a moment I do enjoy the odd Canucks game
Favourite Books- I must say I wish I had time to read more books but really if I do they are biographies, history and advent0ure. Books about real pirates and treasure hunting; WW1 and WW2 history and biographies of Jerry Lewis and Steve McQueen
Favourite Movie- has to be Patton with George C Scott. I also really loved the original “Dead Zone” with Christopher Walken. I have a huge selection of war movies, I don’t feel I’m a war monger, in fact a lot of my favorites are anti-war films. A Midnight Clear; Schindler's List and Full Metal Jacket are among my favorites.
Favourite TV Show-I loved Magnum PI; Dukes of Hazzard; The Rat Patrol and Baa Baa Black Sheep. These days you can’t go wrong with The Office and 30 Rock.
Favourite Band-I don’t really have a favourite band but my favorite song is TOTO and Africa. I also loved Split Enz and I Got You. Anything from the Stranglers was great too.
Your guilty pleasure-I am a dessert freak. I think a café mocha cake is the best.
Favourite childhood memory- Summer vacation when I was 12. We went on a Motorhome trip to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, the old prison in Yuma Arizona and we went through Vegas (too young to try the slots, but had fun anyway) and Reno. I had bronchitis for about two weeks before we went so I wasn't happy about going to begin with, but as soon as we hit the dry Arizona air...I felt so much better and we ended up having a great time.
If you could sit down to dinner with one person, alive or dead, who would it be and why? Lisa. I know it sounds corny but she has always been the most interesting person and the best company. Believe it or not, we never run out of anything to talk about!
