It’s called the Sleeping Beauty “diet”. The concept is simple; sleep more to lose weight. If you sleep more, you can’t eat, that reduces your calorie intake and BOOM you shed weight. Not. So. Fast.

 

This trend is leading to additional addictions and depression. In order to sleep 15-20 hours a day (what they recommend in the “diet”) you would have to take a sedative.
