SANTA STRAPS ON THE SKATES + TERRIFIC TANNENBAUMS!

Happy pre-Holidays! Things are getting preeeetty festive here at Ocean studios. The Christmas spirit builds up all year until November 30th, when it all explodes out of us like the Santa’s belt after too many cookies. To say this weekend was eventful would be an understatement. The stockings are stocked, the  presents have been presented, the cookies are cooked, and the eggnog is… nogging.

This weekend was decidedly December-y with all sorts of cool Christmas fun to find! The Marina Light-Up was lavishly lit, the Festival of Trees was fantastically festive, and my two visits to the DoubleTree by Hilton Charity Christmas Tree Sale were doubly delightful! There was an amazing winter Carnival in Bastion Square, and the Nomad Market at the Roundhouse was super neat-o, but the highlight of my weekend was definitely the Santa Skate at City Centre Park. Dude definitely knows his way around a rink! It was triple-axels and salchows (sow cows?) all afternoon!
