It has been a very busy Christmas Season in Victoria, with the Christmas Spirit alive and well!

The Fun Finder Team was very lucky to be included in many great activities:

Breakfast fundraiser at Artisan Bistro in Broadmead Village supporting Victoria Hospital Foundation.  Rod Yiang, Chef Darryl Pope, and their team at Artisan Bistro raised $1500 towards critical new equipment at the Neo-Natal Unit at Victoria General Hospital.

Pet pictures with Santa at Bosleys on Yates.  Not only did furry family members get to meet the man in red, but all proceeds went to MexPup rescues!

Explored Christmas in Sidney.  Last Chance Christmas Fair at the Mary Winspear Centre.  We took this opportunity literally – and picked up a few last-minute presents! We found The Linden Singers singing Christmas Carols on Beacon Ave and went on a Christmas scavenger hunt at the Centre for the Salish Sea, searching for Christmas ornaments in the aquariums hidden amongst the sea creatures.

Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign. We snuck in one more visit with our favourite volunteer – Teenie!  She has been volunteering for NINE years with the Kettle Campaign and is pure Christmas spirit and joy.

We joined the crew of Gray Line Sightseeing Tours for a special Hop On Hop Off Tour with Santa Himself!  And then many Santas!

And the highlight of the Christmas season – joining in with Robin and AJ and the Victoria City Police Union for Robin and AJ’s Random Acts of Christmas!
